renovation project has begun at our resort, due for completion in Autumn 2025.

Salary
The on target
earning potential for this role is £22,296.80 annual salary, compromising of a
base annual salary of £21,032.72 plus a qualified estimate of £1,264 gratuities per annum
About the role
As a supervisor your role will be to support the Head Professional in
maintaining and monitoring all operations within the Driving Range on a
day-to-day basis. Ensuring excellent customer service to all customers and
providing support to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
You will also be responsible for:
* Efficient
and effective management of team members.
* To support
the Head Professional in taking responsibility for all the Driving Range
related income including F&B sales, golf ball sales, retail sales,
equipment hire, tuition and corporate events.
* Develop
an annual training plan for the department and ensure that all employees
are trained and developed to meet the needs of the business.
* Ensure
that effective systems are in place to prevent loss and protect
profitability including F&B and retail stock
* Championing
customer service and ensuring high standards
* Ensuring
compliance with health and safety regulations
* Maintenance
of equipment and the premises
* Coordinate
all promotional activities, PR and events in line with the annual
marketing plan.
* All
Maintenance and Health and Safety issues for the team and the department,
reporting defects where necessary and ensuring a safe working environment
for

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the delivery of exceptional
customer service and has worked in a Golf/ F&B / Leisure environment as a
supervisor.
