Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that the front desk runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and other administrative tasks.
* Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
* Utilise a variety of software for various administrative tasks.
Skills
* Previous office experience and strong background in administrative roles is desirable, however training will be provided.
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with patients
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
