We\re seeking a Service Advisor to join a prestigious automotive dealership in Falmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a premium car brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring owners enjoy the very best aftersales experience.
Responsibilities
* Greet and support customers, ensuring a premium level of service at all times.
* Manage bookings for servicing and repairs, keeping customers fully informed throughout.
* Run through Visual Health Checks with clients to ensure vehicles are safe and maintained correctly.
* Help customers make the most of their vehicle technology, including the brand\s app.
* Work across multiple IT systems with accuracy and efficiency.
* Ensure customer satisfaction is monitored and consistently delivered to the highest standard.
What\s on Offer
* £28,000 basic salary
* Monthly bonus scheme worth up to £12,000 per year (OTE £40,000)
* Attractive 4-day working week (8am - 6pm)
* Only 1 in 4 Saturdays required - extremely rare in the automotive industry
