We seek an experienced Apartment HVAC Maintenance Technician to start immediately at a residential property in Dumfries VA. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading property management staffing agency with the potential for long-term placement.
Position Details:

* Schedule:Full Time
* Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle
Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers
* Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
* Complete work orders and ensure timely response to maintenance requests
* Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the property
* Assist with special projects and emergency maintenance as needed
Qualifications:
* Previous apartment maintenance experience required
* Strong knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
* HVAC Certification
* Must have reliable transportation
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and customer service skills
