We are partnered with a fast-growing, London-based technology scale up to identify their first permanent Chief Financial Officer.
The business operates a B2B SaaS platform. With a loyal and growing customer base, strong retention metrics and an ambitious leadership team, the company is at an exciting inflection point in its growth journey.
Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the finance function, building it to match the pace and ambition of the business.
Support future fund raising and investor reporting.
Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, with a strong understanding of SaaS metrics
Manage cash flow, working capital and month‑end reporting
Support the CEO and board with investor‑facing materials and strategic financial analysis
Drive process improvement and financial infrastructure — implementing the systems and controls needed to scale
Play an active role in the senior leadership team
The ideal candidate Will be ACA /ACCA/CIMA qualified. You will be hands‑on by nature, comfortable building as well as managing, and ready to step into a first CFO role. A high‑energy, commercially minded individual who thrives in a lean, fast‑moving environment.
The role could suit a candidate with similar experience, alternatively a person who is looking for their first start‑up journey.
Package: Low six figures plus equity. London, hybrid.
