Why this role works so well
This is a school where ambition feels positive, not pressured.
English lessons go beyond exam technique. They’re about finding a voice, asking big questions, and helping students grow in confidence as communicators and thinkers.

There’s real encouragement for pupils to discover their strengths and interests, in the classroom and beyond.
