Account Manager – Data & Market Insights
Field-Based / Remote
We’re partnering with a global leader in equipment insights and data solutions, supporting clients across construction, plant hire, fleet management, and equipment sales. They’re looking for an Account Manager to manage key relationships, help customers get the most from their data, and drive growth across existing accounts.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
* Supporting customers with onboarding, setup, and ongoing use of the platform
* Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
* Ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth
* Working closely with technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions
What we’re looking for:
* 3+ years in account management or customer success (ideally SaaS, data, or tech)
* Experience working with clients in construction, plant hire, fleet, or related sectors is a big plus
* Strong communicator, able to simplify complex data concepts for different audiences
* Track record of growing and retaining accounts
* Comfortable with data tools (Excel, BI dashboards, CRM systems)
