Social Affairs Manager (Dutch required)
Job Description
You will ensure the compliant and legally correct dismissal and execution of our Central Social Plan (CSP) in a timely manner, with a focus on personal guidance of impacted employees through Social Affairs (SA) Coaching. You will be accountable for ensuring compliance with the License to Operate within the scope of GEO NL, from a Social Affair Management perspective.
Your role:
1. Provide general and expert advice and support regarding CSP dismissal to the People Function and organization in NL. Focus on leading and securing the end-to-end Social Affair Management process during planned restructurings, providing dedicated support for affected employees.
2. Coordinate with People (HR) Partners and Talent Acquisition to execute the redeployment protocol, promoting fair redeployment. Enhance personalized support and service to impacted employees to reduce stress and improve positive outcomes.
3. Manage qualified and trained SA coaches, ensuring timely availability, and coordinate the matching process between impacted employees and external SA coaches in collaboration with external suppliers.
4. Standardize the effectiveness and efficiency of preparations and execution of the Social Affair Management process, including maintaining an up-to-date portal, formats, info materials, and process information.
5. Ensure proper HR administration (in cooperation with Philips People Services) of dismissal CSP, including reporting on outplacement progress to relevant stakeholders.
6. Improve collaboration with internal and external suppliers (e.g., LHH/Randstad, Archipel, Altersum, and Talent Acquisition). Develop simple processes, procedures, and tools to manage these activities in a standardized manner.
7. Share knowledge and ensure adherence to the formalized and standardized Way of Working (WoW) within the People Partners/HR function, including supplier and account management activities with finance/procurement support.
You're the right fit if:
1. You hold a Bachelor or Master degree with relevant work experience in the Netherlands, preferably with experience in CSP, Redeployment protocol, VSO/BOK, etc.
2. You demonstrate personal leadership in driving and owning the end-to-end Social Affair Management process.
3. You have a strong affinity for streamlined processes, standardized methodologies, and continuous improvements in effectiveness and efficiency.
4. You possess excellent collaboration skills, working seamlessly with stakeholders, People Partners, People Leaders, and others.
5. You are proactive in aligning impacted employees with the capacity of SA coaches.
6. You have effective account management skills, including conducting regular review meetings with third-party suppliers and providing adequate reports to stakeholders.
7. Fluency in Dutch is required.
