Role Overview:
We are excited to be working on behalf of our client, a growing business, to find a proactive and driven Lead Generator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential customers. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to contribute to the company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect & Qualify: Identify and qualify potential sales leads through various channels.
* Lead Generation: Leverage data systems to generate leads via outbound activities including email, phone, and web campaigns.
* Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies aligned with the business’s goals.
* Collaboration: Work effectively with sales and marketing teams to drive common objectives.
* CRM Management: Maintain an up-to-date CRM database to ensure high-quality lead management.
* Tracking & Reporting: Track lead progress, measure campaign effectiveness, and report on key performance metrics.
* Customer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients to ensure trust and loyalty.
Experience & Skills Required:
* Proven experience in lead generation and nurturing, using both internal and external data sources.
* Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams.
* Strong market research skills to identify emerging trends and new opportunities.
* Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
