Salary: £460 - £600 per week
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day

About the Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with SEN, helping them engage with learning and develop essential skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the well-being and progress of each student.
Responsibilities:
* Implement personalised support strategies to meet the needs of each student.
* Assist teachers in delivering lessons and activities that meet individual learning needs.
* Provide emotional and behavioural support, helping students manage challenges effectively.
* Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and activities.
* Support students with personal care and daily routines, where required.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting is preferred.
* Understanding of SEN conditions and evidence-based support strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
