Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (SEMH) Milton Keynes Salary: Up to £49,000 DOE £10,000 performance bonus We are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing children’s care provider for an exciting opportunity as Registered Manager of a 2-bed home in Milton Keynes. The home provides high-quality care and support for children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, offering a nurturing and structured environment where young people can thrive. The Role: * Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring it meets all Ofsted and safeguarding requirements. * Inspire, mentor, and develop your team to deliver outstanding care. * Work closely with senior leadership to shape the home’s culture, vision, and long-term success. * Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, policies, and procedures. * Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, professionals, and the wider community. Requirements: * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards). * Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a children’s residential setting. * Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and SEMH needs. * Passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people.
