Inclusion Manager - Key Responsibilities
7. Coordinate the allocation and timetable of the Inclusion Team to meet evolving student needs
8. Maintain the SEND register, provision map and essential documentation with precision
9. Act as a central communication hub between families, external agencies and internal staff
10. Lead on administration for annual reviews, transition planning and statutory processes
11. Support safeguarding work, including maintaining secure and compliant records
12. Oversee the smooth running of mental-health and wellbeing programmes for students
