Rate of Pay: £15.83 per hour + performance-based bonus

Weekly Hours: 39 hours
Shift Pattern:
1. Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM
2. Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:45 PM

Are you a skilled Painter & Decorator looking for a secure, full-time role with a company that values your expertise? We're looking for an experienced professional to carry out high-quality painting and decorating works across the North West region.

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll work across a variety of domestic, commercial, and public sector properties, providing both internal and external painting and decorating services. Tasks include:
3. Preparing walls and surfaces for painting (filling, sanding, minor repairs)
4. Applying various finishes including emulsion, gloss, and specialist coatings
5. Erecting and using access equipment (with full training and equipment provided)
6. Installing temporary screening to protect the surrounding area and ensure safety
7. Managing paint and materials stock levels, ensuring efficient usage
8. Keeping tools clean and well-maintained for reuse
9. Completing work to a high standard, within budget and deadlines
10. Recording work using smartphone technology, including photos and notes
What We're Looking For:
11. Minimum of 5 years' checkable experience in painting and decorating
12. Ideally NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or completed time-served apprenticeship
13. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
14. Excellent customer service and communication skills
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
16. Full UK driving licence preferred (travel between sites required)
