Overview

JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator

LOCATION: Dover, Kent

SALARY: £13ph

TERM: 3 months +

HOURS: 20hrs a week, Monday to Friday (4hrs a day, flexible start/finish times)


Responsibilities

* Maintaining accurate records and updating databases with payment details, correspondence, and account changes.
* Supporting the team by preparing reports, issuing letters, and processing payments.
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing clear information.
* Contacting customers to discuss their account.
* Liaising with internal staff and other departments.
* Scheduling appointments and managing diaries for the team.
* Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring documents are filed and actioned promptly.
* General administrative support including photocopying, scanning and data entry.
