Salary: £13.31 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Your Role as a Care Team Leader
You’ll play a key role in shaping the quality of care and the culture of your team. Responsibilities include:
* Leading and motivating a team of Support Workers
* Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
* Supporting recruitment and development of new team members
* Conducting staff supervisions and interviews
* Providing guidance and expertise to your team
* Communicating effectively with families, professionals, and colleagues
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants who:
* Have experience as a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* OR are experienced Care Assistants or Carers ready to take the next step in their career
* Possess strong communication and leadership skills
* Are confident with IT and record keeping
* Are passionate about person-centred care and team development
