Job Description
Your Team
Global pricing team responsible for independent valuations of a wide array of assets held across Invesco's portfolio.
Your Role
Supports the pricing of alternative assets (Private Credit and Private Equity). Provides pricing and valuation reports to investment managers, Valuation Committee, External Fund Administrators, and other stakeholders.
You Will Be Responsible For:
* Reviewing and updating valuation models for private securities
* Assessing publicly available data on comparable securities and market data such as interest rates and growth assumptions
* Reviewing inputs and valuations provided by external valuation advisers
* Contributing to the improvement of the daily pricing process
* Assisting in documenting pricing procedures and reports
* Providing assistance to fund auditors and acting as a point of contact for questions related to private securities valuation
* Completing special projects as required
The Experience You Bring:
* Minimum 1 year of finance, accounting, or economics experience in the securities/investment industry, with an understanding of private markets
* Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles as they apply to valuations
* Proficiency in computer software, especially spreadsheet applications
* Knowledge of market data services like ICE, Bloomberg, or Refinitiv is a plus
