Opportunity: Parts Administrator/Operative
Contract: Permanent
Location: Ballymount,Dublin
Hours: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week.

We have a new opportunity for a Parts Administrator/Operative to join our friendly and supportive team in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively manage, interpret, and maintain accurate part numbers and pricing information within the system.
2. Operative tasks include ensuring proper handling, storage, and packing of goods, and ensure dispatch documentation is accurate with up-to-date records.
3. Process stock replenishment requests for Van/Site/Central Stores, including consumables and PPE, in line with agreed service levels.
4. Oversee the timely unloading of deliveries, ensuring compliance with safe working practices.
5. Follow the Goods Inwards Procedure for received goods, addressing any discrepancies promptly to resolve issues and maintain accurate stock records.
