Sitting within the Responsible Sourcing Department, the Packaging & Compliance team plays a vital role in ensuring data integrity and regulatory alignment across UK and European packaging and product legislation, including associated taxes, legislations and sustainability targets.
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to support our Packaging & Compliance function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on curiosity, enjoys solving complex problems, and communicates with clarity and confidence across teams and stakeholders. What you'll be doing
* Champion data monitoring and analysis across packaging and compliance, embedding best practices and influencing decision-making.
* Drive process improvements by designing and implementing methodologies that enhance analytical capability and process reliability
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive clear communication of insights and process changes, ensuring alignment and engagement across the business.
* Oversee the analysis and reporting of packaging data to meet regulatory, tax, and audit requirements.
* Improve data accuracy and integrity through enhanced systems, processes, and supplier engagement.
* Lead the development of reporting tools and dashboards to support strategic decisions using tools such as Excel, SAP, ThoughtSpot and BI
* Interpret complex legislation and translate it into practical business processes
* Identify through data analysis packaging development projects focused on tax value mitigation.
* Manage and develop junior team members through coaching, support, and performance oversight.

* Familiarity with packaging tax regulations, packaging materials, and product compliance is beneficial, but not essential—we're open to curious learners ready to grow into the role.
