You’ll attend recently occupied properties to complete remedial works, resolve snags, and provide an exceptional customer experience for new homeowners. This is a field-based role, working across multiple new-build developments, carrying out high-quality multi-trade repairs and representing the business professionally at all times. Key Responsibilities * Attend customer homes to carry out aftercare repairs and snagging * Deliver a range of multi-skilled tasks including: * Carpentry (primary skill) * Basic tiling and grouting * Painting & decorating * Basic plumbing fixes * General “making good” * Work efficiently to diagnose issues and complete repairs to a high standard * Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with office and site teams * Keep accurate records using a phone/tablet * Adhere to health & safety procedures on all occupied and ...
