Overview
We are looking for an experienced Information Security Manager to lead our dedicated Information Security team. As part of Group IT Services, you'll play a vital role in ensuring Zenith operates confidently and securely in an increasingly complex digital and regulatory landscape.
What's the Role
* Maintain effective daily security operations and act as a key escalation point for complex issues
* Embed security frameworks and policies across the business, aligning with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements
* Lead swift, effective responses to security incidents, liaising internally and with our outsourced SOC
* Deliver clear, actionable insights on security posture, risks, and control performance
* Provide assurance and expert support for customer security concerns
* Balance team priorities and resources to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
* Identify and manage security risks, promoting ownership and mitigation across the organisation
What Can You Offer
* Demonstrated experience leading and developing an information security team
* Strong understanding of information security principles, technologies, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)
* Proven experience in managing operational security functions, including incident response and risk management
* Experience managing audit activity (internal and external) to ensure positive outcomes
* Ability to interpret and apply governance frameworks and policies in a practical, business‑aligned manner
* Experience in stakeholder engagement, including managing customer escalations
* Familiarity with security tooling (SIEM, vulnerability management, endpoint protection)
