Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and organised Operations Consultant to join our office-based team. Role Overview As an Operations Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and operational coordination for our warehouse clients. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining excellent client and candidate relationships. Key Responsibilities * Recruit warehouse operatives for client sites including cargo, parcel, courier, and perishable warehouses * Manage the full recruitment cycle: advertising roles, screening candidates, interviewing, onboarding, and compliance checks * Coordinate daily workforce requirements and ensure client staffing needs are met * Maintain regular communication with warehouse clients to understand demand, performance, and feedback * Manage candidate availability, shift allocations, and attendance * Ensure all recruitment activities meet legal and compliance standards (right to work, documentation, etc.) * Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally * Support continuous improvement of recruitment and operational processes Candidate Requirements * Previous experience in recruitment, operations, logistics, or warehouse staffing (preferred) * Strong organisational and time-management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Confident using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office * Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail * Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates * Flexibility to support operational needs when required What We Offer * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Performance-related incentives * Career progression within a growing recruitment business * Supportive office-based team environment Equal Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates regardless of background
