What you'll be doing:
As a Process Automation Lead, you will lead, identify, manage, and deliver process automation opportunities across our operations. This role involves leadership, coaching, analysis, and strategic insight into process automation, including designing, developing, prioritising, and testing Robotic Process Automation solutions. You will design and implement innovative automated solutions to enhance process capabilities, improve accuracy, and increase efficiencies, working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritise opportunities that require minimal manual intervention, ensuring all deliverables meet business and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Leadership and change management experience
2. Proven experience in identifying, designing, building, and implementing transformation opportunities
3. Defining, owning, and presenting team roadmaps and priorities
4. Experience and knowledge of working with business operation processes within a financial environment
5. Proven experience in providing and signing off business requirements
