We are a small, creative, and fast-growing business looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Associate to support our continued expansion. The Role We are seeking a proactive, organised, and creative individual to help strengthen our brand presence, and engage with new customers, to drive sales opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with a blend of marketing know-how, people skills, and a genuine interest in design, interiors, or creative industries. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day sales enquiries, both online and in person Build and maintain strong customer relationships Create engaging marketing content for social media, email newsletters, and our website Help grow our digital presence across multiple platforms Support promotional campaigns and product launches Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activity About You Confident communicator with strong customer service skills Creative and comfortable generating content (photos, videos, captions, etc.) Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) Knowledge of selling on Etsy, Facebook and eBay Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently Previous experience in online sales or marketing is preferred Interest in design, interiors, photography is a bonus What We Offer Flexible part-time hours Competitive hourly rate Opportunity to shape the brands voice and direction Friendly, supportive working environment
