Description
· Lead the supply chain planning team to deliver accurate demand forecasts and production schedules.
· Develop and implement inventory strategies to maintain optimal stock levels across multiple sites.
· Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
· Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels, driving continuous improvement.
· Utilise advanced planning tools and data analytics to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
· Act as a key liaison between commercial and operational teams to align supply plans with business objectives.
Profile
· Proven experience in supply chain planning, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
· Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and planning systems (SAP/APO or similar).
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
· Ability to manage cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders.
