Temporary up to 12 months – Maternity cover, Full‑time, 36 hours per week. Salary: £27,204 to £36,504 per annum.
Responsibilities
* Deliver practical and theory‑based teaching across animal management programmes.
* Co‑create new learning resources and maintain quality standards.
* Assume the role of a dynamic, team‑player capable of contributing to curriculum development.
Qualifications
* Hold a Level 5 qualification in a related subject (Animal Conservation, Veterinary Science, Animal Behaviour/Welfare, or Animal Management).
* Hold a relevant teaching qualification or be willing to achieve this within a set period from appointment.
* Current knowledge with industrial experience within one or more subject areas.
* Experience of teaching, training and delivering to a range of students.
* Experience with awarding bodies and technical requirements of qualification delivery.
* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and targets.
* Flexible approach to working hours; evening work may be required. Administrative tasks to be undertaken.
