This is a part-time Grade 2 Business Support Assistant role within the SEN team. The tasks include, but are not limited to:
1. Undertaking a range of predefined routine administrative tasks.
2. Administering business processes and systems to ensure accuracy and timely outcomes.
3. Securely maintaining complex data accurately, including providing routine management information.
4. Entering and retrieving information from electronic databases.
5. Being proficient in Excel and Outlook.
6. Interacting sensitively, professionally, and maintaining confidentiality when dealing with colleagues and customers.
7. Demonstrating continuous improvement, creative thinking, and flexibility to enhance performance and meet demands across business support services.
8. Exhibiting positive personal behaviors, being a role model, and championing the organization’s vision and values.
9. Complying with relevant statutory regulations, including health and safety, data protection, and GDPR.
