We are seeking an Engineer who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering compliant solutions that protect people and property. Day-to-day of the role:
* Repair faults on Warden Call, Social Alarms, and Door Access systems.
* Conduct technical surveys and annual services on systems and schemes.
* Liaise directly with clients to resolve specific issues.
* Work closely with the Service Manager and Head of Service to ensure all reported faults are addressed within contract times.
* Maintain accurate records of all jobs, ensuring each completion is accurately recorded.
* Communicate effectively with customers, service coordinators, and management.
* Fulfil and maintain all administration requirements accurately.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures.
* Maintain your vehicle and stock levels to meet client demands.
