We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team.
You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment across a variety of projects.
This role requires a strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring all work meets regulatory standards and client specifications.
As our Electrician you will be responsible for:
Performing electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations on various systems and facilities
Conducting routine inspections and testing to identify issues and prevent breakdowns
Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical problems, implementing effective solutions
Installing, testing and commissioning new electrical equipment and systems
Collaborating with other tradespeople and engineers to ensure safe and efficient work practices
Working in challenging environments, including heights and confined spaces
Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including test results and inspection reports
Staying up to date with industry developments through ongoing training
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
Minimum 2 years in electrical installation and maintenance
Full UK Driving license
Relevant electrical qualification
Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (highly advantageous)
Hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or industrial systems
Competent in testing and inspection, including EICRs and PAT Testing
Strong understanding of BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations)
Knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act
Ability to identify faults and apply safe, effective solutions
Excellent communication skills for customer and team interactions
Familiarity with power tools and machinery safety features
