Job Title: PA to Senior Manager Contract Type: Permanent Location: Alderley Park Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based Closing date: 29th January 2026 Are you an organised and proactive person with a passion for excellence? We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support a member of our Senior Management Team and their Leadership Team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, ensuring that high standards and confidentiality are upheld at all times. Your contributions will be key in projecting the professional image of our company through all your work. About the role • Extensive diary management, planning and organising associated travel • Prepare and distribute documentation required in advance of meetings • Act as key point of contact for the senior managers, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required • Attend and assist at management meetings • Plan, organise and manage events • Process invoices and expenses About you • Efficient, self-motivated and well organised • Proactive and able to use initiative to resolve problems • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Acts with integrity and professionalism • Maintains discretion and effectively handles sensitive and confidential information • Flexible – adaptable approach, willing to undertake a variety of tasks • Can do attitude About Royal London We’re the UK’s largest mutual life, pensions, and investment company, offering protection, long-term savings and asset management products and services.
