As a Senior Sommelier at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic bar team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include
* Curate and manage the hotel’s wine list, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection.
* Conduct wine tasting and provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences and the menu.
* Collaborate with the F&B team to create wine pairings that complement the dishes served.
* Train and mentor staff on wine service, by liaising with management including proper storage, handling and presentation.
* Maintain inventory and manage wine cellar operations, including ordering and receiving items.

What You Bring:
* Knowledge of LQA & Forbes Standards
* Experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
* Warm, genuine and approachable character
* Excellent team working skills
* Great attention to detail
