Social Media Executive – Join Our Growing Family Business
We're a family-run business with big ambitions, and we're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Executive to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of our social media presence. You'll be responsible for creating, curating, and publishing engaging content across our platforms — including images, videos, and written posts that reflect our brand and connect with our audience.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience managing social media accounts
* Knows how to create, edit, and publish high-quality content
* Understands what makes content engaging and shareable
* Is confident planning and scheduling posts consistently
* Can bring fresh ideas and creative energy to the brand
You'll have the opportunity to grow with us as the business expands, and performance-based bonus incentives can be introduced for the right candidate.
The role will be based at our workshop / office and the role will requiring driving to visit our mobile technicians out on the road to create content with them.
We're initially looking to start this role at 3 days per week. The specific days and hours are flexible and can be worked around home life or other commitments — we understand the importance of balance, especially as a family-run business ourselves.
That said, this is a growing role. As the business continues to expand, we expect the position to develop into a full-time opportunity for the right person who wants to grow with us long term.
