Sales & Marketing Support Administrator Kettering Hours - Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs (Office based) Salary - £25 to £26k plus good benefits Are you highly organised, proactive, and enjoy being at the centre of a fast-moving business? Our client is looking for a Sales & Marketing Support Assistant to play a vital role in keeping their commercial teams running smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on position supporting Sales, Marketing and Estimating functions, ideal for someone who enjoys juggling priorities, communicating with customers, and taking pride in accuracy and efficiency. You’ll be a key point of contact for enquiries and a trusted support to multiple teams across the business. What You’ll Be Doing Sales Support Act as a first point of contact for incoming phone and email enquiries, ensuring they’re handled professionally and efficiently. Gather accurate information from customers and log enquiries onto internal systems. Support the sales team with project-related calls and administrative follow-up. Assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.Marketing Support Assist with web order queries, contacting customers and identifying upsell opportunities. Send out product data sheets, CAD drawings, samples and brochures promptly. Support outgoing post and customer communications.Estimating Support Register and manage new project enquiries accurately and efficiently. Maintain and update project information and quotation records. Monitor shared inboxes, responding promptly or distributing enquiries to the correct teams. Assist with quotation preparation, price updates and amendments.This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and flexibility and attention to detail are essential.
