Duties & Responsibilities:

Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day delivery of industrial construction projects.
*
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
*
Coordinate site operations and supervise subcontractors.
*
Manage health and safety compliance on site.
*
Monitor progress against project programmes.
*
Assist with materials, plant, and resource management.
*
Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
*
Report on project progress to the Site Manager, clients, and project team.
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, and the wider project team to facilitate smooth project delivery.
*
Gain hands-on experience managing high-value industrial schemes while developing skills for senior management progression.
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS, SSSTS/ SMSTS, First Aid
* Access to own vehicle and full UK Driving Licence.
* Able to travel in and around the Lichfield area.
* Previous experience within a similar role as an Assistant or Trainee/ Graduate Site Manager or Supervisor.
* A 2 Stage Interview will be held by our client (MS Teams & Face to Face)
