Job Title: SEND Maths Teacher (KS3–KS4) Location: Thurleigh, MK44 Contract Type: Full-time Start Date: ASAP About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Maths Teacher to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4. This role involves delivering tailored Maths interventions and supporting learners with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to help them build confidence, skills, and independence in Maths. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to SEND students Provide small-group and one-to-one Maths support Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teachers, and support staff Monitor student progress and contribute to support plans and reviews Create a calm, supportive, and inclusive learning environment The Ideal Candidate Will Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and/or KS4 Experience working with SEND learners (e.g. ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia) Strong behaviour management and communication skills A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach to teaching We Offer A supportive and inclusive school environment Small teaching groups and focused intervention work Opportunities for professional development A chance to make a real difference in students’ learning and confidence How to Apply Please submit your CV.
