Are you ready to be the strategic engine of a world‑class manufacturing site? We’re looking for a visionary leader and technical strategist to steer our entire technical operation and become a core member of the Plant Leadership Team.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Maintenance and Process Engineering teams – optimise asset performance, streamline processes, and maintain competitive edge.
* Architect the technical roadmap – design and implement strategies that align with plant and European goals and establish best‑practice standards.
* Formulate and execute the annual CAPEX plan – identify strategic equipment needs and manage projects through to delivery.
* Coach and mentor your team – develop talent, build a clear succession pipeline, and foster a culture of ownership, trust, and excellence.
* Champion safety – lead a proactive, safety‑first culture across all daily initiatives.
Qualifications
* Extensive leadership experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment with a relevant graduate qualification.
* Practical understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
* Expertise in functional budgeting, CAPEX management, and project execution.
* Strong communication skills – inspire and collaborate across all organisational levels.
* Innovative and motivational leadership ready to champion a safety‑first culture.
