Your new company We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to design, implement, and oversee training and development strategies that enhance workforce capability and support business growth. This is a pivotal role in shaping the skills and culture of our team, ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering continuous improvement. Full time permanent role. Paying between £45k - £50k depending on experience. 3 days on site minimum. 2 days from home. Your new role Develop and deliver a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify training needs across all levels, including technical, compliance, and leadership development. Design and implement training programs (in-house and external) for scaffolding safety, management skills, and professional development. Manage apprenticeship programs and liaise with training providers. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, ensuring ROI and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Support managers in coaching and performance development initiatives.
