Location: London, E1 6PW
Rate of Pay: £48,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee service to ensure smooth daily operations.
fully manage our client floor; working closely with the clients, partners and the events team to deliver on an exceptional service day in day out organising events.
Covers vary between 50 - 350 depending on the event
Managing 7 to 11 directly and 25 when deputising.
Supervise teams to ensure the delivery of impeccable food and customer service.
Regularly communicate with your line manager to track KPIs and targets.
Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold a positive brand image.
Act as a liaison between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
Provide guidance and support to your team, leading by example to ensure everyone excels in their roles.
Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all teams.
Manage general administrative tasks.
Our ideal candidate will have a background in contract catering, banqueting and events.
