Job Description:
The Osteotec Spine Division is searching for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby would be the ideal locations.
Brief Description: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales in the designated territory in line with company objectives.
Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager manages all elements of the sales cycle, including setting objectives, planning, implementing activities, reviewing results, and adjusting plans.
The role involves growing Osteotec’s business by directly selling products to Spine Surgeons, clinical and non-clinical decision-makers, and supporting customer acquisition through technical expertise in the territory.
Responsibilities:
* Promote, demonstrate, and sell spine products into NHS and private hospitals
* Achieve sales results aligned with targets and KPIs
* Demonstrate medical equipment in theatre and clinical settings
* Conduct trials and evaluations to drive sales
* Provide excellent customer service and support new customer acquisition
* Develop and execute an effective sales business plan
* Manage resources and materials, including stock in hospitals
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers
* Organize and conduct training workshops for surgical staff
* Report regularly to Sales Managers on sales and market conditions
* Engage with key opinion leaders in the territory
* Ensure compliance with ethics and legal standards
* Liaise with other company functions to meet sales objectives
* Spend approximately 80% of time in theatre environments
* Perform other relevant duties as needed
