Join to apply for the Conveyancing Fee Earner role at Clear IT Recruitment Ltd.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join my client's team on either a hybrid or fully remote basis.


Key Responsibilities

1. Manage a caseload on a day-to-day basis, including all aspects of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
2. Take instructions, keep accurate file notes, communicate with clients and third parties, and complete tasks. Draft legal documents such as Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC forms.
3. Carry out Pre-completion, Land Registry, and Conveyancing searches accurately and promptly. Ensure the file is ready for exchange and completion, with all necessary paperwork and funds in place.
4. Handle a mixed caseload of Freeholds and Leaseholds. Training may be provided on more complex matters such as shared ownership, unregistered properties, acting for companies, lease variations and extensions, and new builds.

Skills and Experience Required

* Qualified candidates with a Law Degree, LPC, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive (FCILEX) are preferred but not mandatory.
* Experience managing a conveyancing caseload.
* Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail is essential.
* Self-motivated, capable of working independently or in a team.
* Knowledge of Case Management Systems (Proclaim preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
