We are looking for a dedicated Deputy Care Manager to join our clients team and help lead a high-quality residential care service for adults with complex needs. About the Role: As Deputy Manager, youll support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards and that the wellbeing, dignity, and rights of residents are always upheld.
