About Us:
We are an exciting start-up barber shop which opened in Pease Pottage, Crawley back in July 2025. We have created a modern looking and stylish barbershop which has been fitted out to a high specification just a stone's throw away from Pease Pottage Service Station. Since opening, we have built a solid based clientele with an ever increasing demand, growing daily.
Within the next 12-18 months we are seeking to establish a team of 4 x full barbers within the shop and this is a great opportunity to get in at this early stage for what is very much on course to becoming the most affluent and luxurious barber shop in Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service and grooming quality is upheld.
Be punctual, polite and hold good conversation with customers, whilst holding a true passion for barbering.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any service issues.
Ability to manage your own income from clients via the way of cash and card payments.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment.
Ensure health and safety protocols are upheld at all times.
Help maintain shop cleanliness and tidiness.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a barber, with excellent cutting, shaving, and grooming skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for leading a team of different personalities.
The right person for this position shall have the ability to manage and inspire the team daily.
Passion for the barbering industry and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends.
