Job Title: Jaguar Land Rover Sales Executive
Hours of Work: Shift Rota to cover the showroom opening times - averaging 5 days a week
Position pays: £20,000 Basic with Uncapped earnings, plus Company Car
Location: Cardiff CF11 8AQ
The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced and successful sales team within our Jaguar Land Rover Dealership in Cardiff. We are looking to recruit a determined and enthusiastic person with experience in a sales environment, someone who can demonstrate the benefits of our product whilst delivering an exceptional Client experience.
As a Jaguar Land Rover Sales Executive you will be required to:
* Sell the required number of vehicles as per your target while working with the dealership's robust sales processes and strategies.
* Manage client enquiries by use of a digital diary system, ensuring every prospect is followed up effectively. Ensuring accurate data capture for future contact.
* Ensure that all customers experience the full benefits available to them, from vehicle availability, options and bespoke factory ordering facilities tailored to their desired specification.
* Ensure all enquiries are responded to efficiently and professionally within a timely manner whilst utilising the digital selling facilities available.
* Ensure that all clients are provided with the Jaguar Land Rover Sinclair Client experience, including rapport building, qualification, excitement in their client journey, building long lasting relationships and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
* Managing relationships with your clients, including keeping in regular contact with them about exciting new product ranges and exclusive special events, as well as maintaining a "client focused" mindset.
* Update the retailer records with client information to ensure that the database is fully and accurately maintained.
* Accurately appraise all part-exchange vehicles using the digital platforms in order that the Sales Manager can clearly and easily provide the most accurate valuation.
* Assist the team in maintaining the highest standards for showroom and used vehicle displays.
More about you: The ideal applicant will have some previous sales background and demonstrate a confident manner when speaking with clients. The key attributes that we would look for are:
