Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking a Band 3 Team/Personal Secretary for our client in Ballymoney.
This is a temporary role for 2 months, with the possibility of extension. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1700, at a pay rate of £11.67 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Providing secretarial support to senior staff members and assisting their professional teams.
2. Managing and organizing meetings, maintaining diaries and schedules.
3. Typing reports, memos, letters, and forms.
4. Offering clerical support to departmental staff.
5. Arranging and supporting meetings, including minute-taking.
6. Handling mail, telephone, and other inquiries appropriately.
7. Communicating via telephone, written correspondence, and face-to-face when necessary.
8. Maintaining an efficient filing system through routine filing.
9. Managing supplies of stock and non-stock items.
Qualifications:
Applicants should have at least 4 GCSEs and one year of clerical or secretarial experience in an office environment.
