You'll be a brand ambassador who's ready to recommend our newest fashion items. Through remarkable service you'll make sure our customers feel truly valued every time they shop with us.
Work Pattern:
* Week 1: Sunday 12:00-16:00, Saturday 16:30-20:30
* Week 2: Sunday 12:00-16:00, Saturday 16:30-20:30
Responsibilities include:
* Serving customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
* Keeping the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked
* Monitoring and achieving daily sales targets, promotions, and opportunities
* Engaging proactively with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
* Building product knowledge to enhance sales and service
* Utilising digital tools to improve customer experience
