M&E Foreman (Commercial Fit-Outs – Rail Infrastructure) Location: London & Home Counties Salary: Competitive (DOE) Benefits: Company Van, Holiday Allowance, Pension Scheme Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive M&E Foreman to oversee the delivery of mechanical and electrical installation works across multiple commercial fit-out projects within train station and rail infrastructure environments throughout London and the Home Counties. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting the successful delivery of projects ranging from £10,000 to £1 million in value. While the role is predominantly electrical in nature, a sound understanding of mechanical services is essential to effectively coordinate all M&E disciplines. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate M&E installation works across multiple live projects. Manage and direct approximately 8 subcontractors and operatives across various sites.
