Role Overview As Senior Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role within a dedicated and passionate brigade. Supporting the Head Chef, you will help lead the team and oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality dishes across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner services.
