What You’ll Be Doing
14. Preparing, priming, and painting vehicles to a high standard using approved methods and materials
15. Carrying out paint repairs with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
16. Ensuring a smooth and flawless finish that meets both manufacturer and internal quality requirements
17. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, always adhering to health and safety regulations
18. Supporting and working closely with the wider workshop team to meet deadlines and customer expectations
What We’re Looking For
19. Proven experience as a paint technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment
20. A strong understanding of modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matching
21. ATA accreditation (or willingness to achieve) is desirable
22. A genuine passion for quality work and pride in delivering excellent results
23. A team player who acts with integrity and takes responsibility for their work
