Contracts Engineer / Manager (Refrigeration, HVAC)

Job Type: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Contract Type: Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing
* Project‑manage the installation of refrigeration, air handling, and air conditioning.
* Apply technical and organisational skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Ensure all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures are followed.
* Work closely with in‑house installation engineers and sub‑contractors.
* Serve as the main contact point for customers from initial order through to commissioning.
Your days will vary – sometimes you’ll be in the office, other days you’ll visit customer sites to plan a job, advise the installation team or solve problems.
Requirements
* Technical skills and knowledge as a refrigeration and air conditioning engineer.
* Experience supervising or overseeing installation of refrigeration, air conditioning, chillers and/or AHU’s (advantage but not essential).
* A friendly, professional manner with the ability to form strong business relationships.
* Computer literate with Microsoft Office 365.
* Clean, current driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.
* Based in or around Reading.
