About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable general building operative to support my clients' in-house building team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a broad range of building experience and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out paving, brickwork (including lime pointing), and drainage works
* Assist with general labouring tasks across various projects
* Support roofing activities as needed
* Work safely and competently at height
* Report directly to our Senior Builder, or in their absence, our General Builder
Requirements:
* Proven experience in general building and construction tasks
* Competence in paving, brickwork, drainage, and ideally roofing
* Comfortable working at height (Working at height training essential)
* Presentable and professional demeanour
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
