An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Health care assistant to join our friendly nursing team in the Suite 2, Maxfac Department on a permanent contract.

Responsibilities
* Work as part of the health care team in the Suite 2, Maxfac Department and contribute to high standards of patient care.
* Support learning and development; participate in the development programme to enable personal and professional growth in the role.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to put patients at ease.
* Be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the service; demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to improving standards of patient care.
Requirements/Qualifications
* Enthusiastic and motivated Health care assistant with effective communication skills.
* Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing service needs; proactive attitude toward improving patient care.
* This post will require a Disclosure Barring and Disclosure check.
About Chesterfield Royal Hospital
Chesterfield Royal Hospital is located in Calow, Chesterfield, on a green field site on the edge of the Peak District National Park. It is home to the Crooked Spire and is close to Sheffield, Derby and Nottingham, offering recreational activities and lifestyle options. The hospital opened in 1985 and has expanded and modernised; it holds approximately 550 beds and provides acute in-patient and out-patient care for Chesterfield and the surrounding North Derbyshire area, serving a population of approximately 350,000 people.
